Today's juice was very good, and very green...
1 bunch red chard
1 bunch nettles
big piece of Aloe (direct from my plant)
big piece of ginger (about 3 inches)
1 lemon
Handful of Kale
5-6 carrots
was actually quite tasty, even Kenzie liked it!
